Mediterranean Grapes — Handmade Soy & Beeswax Candle

Inspired by the sun-drenched landscapes of Israel, Mediterranean Grapes is a sculptural candle inspired by the grapevine — one of the Seven Species of the Land of Israel mentioned in the Torah.

Grapes have long been part of the agricultural landscape and cultural heritage of the region. In Jewish tradition, the grape is associated with abundance, blessing, joy and the richness of the land — a small fruit carrying a surprisingly deep story.

This candle was created as a continuation of my “Gifts of the Promised Land” silk scarf, where the Seven Species are woven into the design as a tribute to the nature, agriculture and ancient symbolism of Israel.

Each grape candle is hand-poured and finished by hand, with every detail carefully shaped to resemble a real bunch of grapes. Available in two rich Mediterranean shades — deep green and dark burgundy.

Beautiful as a sculptural interior candle, it can become a striking detail on a dining table, a shelf or a festive setting. And because it carries a story of the land itself, it also makes a meaningful gift or souvenir from Israel.
