We offer a number of shipping options — just choose the one that suits you best. All rates are based on NIS (New Israeli Shekel).

Domestic Delivery (Israel)

Express Shipping (Doar Mahir)

Shipping Time: 2–5 business days Shipping Charges: Based on Israel Post rates

International Shipping (Worldwide)

Express Shipping (Eco Post)

Shipping Time: 7–14 business days Shipping Charges: Based on Israel Post rates

Note: We do not ship on Fridays, Saturdays (Shabbat in Israel), or Israeli public holidays. Orders are usually processed and shipped within one week.

Delivery Time Estimates

During checkout, you will receive an estimated delivery date, which will also appear in your Order Confirmation email. International delivery may take 10–45 days. Unfortunately, delivery times depend on local postal services, and delays may occur. We are not responsible for such delays.

Tracking & Lost Packages

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Track your shipment via 17TRACK or the Israel Post website.

Returned Parcels: If a package is returned due to the customer’s fault (e.g. not collected from the post office), the order is marked as canceled. To receive it again, you’ll need to pay for a second shipping.

Lost Packages: We are not responsible for parcels lost in transit by postal services.
